Complains

1. Goods purchased in our store are protected according to the seller's responsibility for non-conformance of the goods with the contract. The stated with the contract can complain within 24 months of receipt of goods, but not later than two months after the finding of the defect.      

 

2. In addition to statutory of responsibility, the company Węc - Your Jeweller includes their wares 2 year warranty.      

 

3. If, after receipt of the goods, or during the use of consumer find defects, it should send or deliver in a different way to the headquarters of the store address: WEC-Your Jeweller Gryegory Węc and Artur Węc 30-868 Kraków, 3 Kurczaba street.      

 

4. Any complaints are dealt with later than 2 business days of receipt of the goods advertised.  

 

5. The defective product will be repaired or replaced. If repair is not possible, store returns for the consumer the equivalent price of the product or offer other goods available in the store of your choice.       

 

6. We do not accept any parcels sent COD. In the event that a complaint to the Customer will be refunded the cost of shipping both ways.       

 

7. Returned goods have to be with an invoice as proof of purchase with a fill part of invoice on the back part of the "complaint".
