Internet Store's Policies

 

 

I. Definitions

 

The terms used herein have the following meaning:

1. Client - a person, legal person or an organizational unit not being a legal person, whom makes orders in the Shop;

2. Civil Code - the Act of 23 April 1964. (Journal of Laws No. 16, pos. 93, as amended.);

3. Store's Policies - these Regulations to provide services electronically within an online store WEC-Your Jeweller;

4. Online Shop (Shop) - Internet service available at www.wec.com.pl, through which the customer may in particular consist of orders;

5. Goods - presented in the Online Shop;

6. The sales contract - a contract of sale of goods under the Civil Code, concluded between WEC-Your Jeweller and the customer, which is entered using the Internet service Store;

7. Consumer Rights Act - the Act of 30 May 2014. Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014. Pos. 827);

8. Act on electronic services - the Act of 18 July 2002. On the provision of electronic services (Dz. U. No 144, item. 1204, as amended.);

9. Order - the Customer's aimed directly sales agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of the Goods.

 

II. General Rules

 

1. These Regulations defines the rules for the use of an online store available at www.wec.com.pl.

2. These Rules are rules, referred to in Art. 8 of the Act on electronic services.

3. Shop Online WEC-Your Jeweller, operating at www.wec.com.pl is run by WEC-Your Jeweller SC Grzegorz Węc and Artur Węc Street. Kurczaba 3, 30-868 Krakow, NIP: 679-25-92-107, code: 357098360.

Company is registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), led by the Minister responsible for the economy.

WEC – Your Jeweller is entered in the Register of the National Court Register maintained by under the number.

4. These Regulations shall define in particular:

- Rules for registration and use of the account within the online store;

- The terms and conditions of the electronic procurement in the online store;

- The rules of contract of sale in the Online Shop.

 

5. Using the online shop is possible if the ICT system used by the customer, the following minimum technical requirements: To use the Online Shop, we recommend the ICT system from a web browser on minimum technical requirements: a) Internet Explorer version 6.0 or other popular web browsers such. Mozilla Firefox, Opera b) minimum screen resolution of 1100 x 800 pixels.

 

6. In order to use the online store customer should have an access in computer or terminal device with Internet access.

 

7. In accordance with applicable law WEC-Your Jeweller reserves the right to limit the provision of services through an online store for those who have completed the age of 18 years. In this case, potential customers will be imform of the above.

 

8. Customers can get access to these Rules at any time by a link found on the main site www.wec.com.pl  and download it and make it print.

 

III. Rules for the use of the Internet Store

 

1. Registration under Internet shop is optional. The customer can place an order without registration in the store, after knowing theses Rules and theirs acceptation.

Register by completing and accepting the registration form available on one side of the Store

Condition of registration, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and provide personal information marked as obligatory.

WEC-Your Jeweller may deprive the customer the right to use the online shop, you may receive a limit access to part or all of the resources online store, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by the Client of the Rules and, in particular, the Client:

 

- He/She gave when registering online store data untruthful, inaccurate or outdated, misleading or violates the rights of third parties,

- Committed through the online store violation of personal rights of third parties, in particular the personal goods of other clients online store,

- Commit other behaviours that are considered by WEC-Your Jeweller for behaviour inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of using the Internet or detrimental to the good name of WEC-Your Jeweller.

 

2. In order to ensure the safety of transmission of messages and data in connection with rendered services within the Sites, Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the seriousness of the safety of services. Store will take the particular measures to prevent acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons personal data transmitted over the Internet.

 

3. The customer is obliged in particular to:

Do not produce and do not passed content prohibited by law, e.g. the contents violent, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,

 

Use of the Online Store without disturbing its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,

Do not take actions such as sending or posting under the Online Store unsolicited commercial (spam)

Use of the Online Store without major inconvenience to other clients and for WEC-Your Jeweller.

Use of any content contained in the Online Shop only for personal use.

Use of the Online Store in accordance with the rules in force in the Republic of Polish law, the provisions of the Rules, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.

 

IV. The procedure for order placement

 

1. In order to place an order by concluding the contracts through an online store, go to the website www.wec.com.pl, make a selection, taking technical steps based on client displays the messages and information available on the site.

2. Selection of Goods ordered by you is made by adding them to the cart.

3. When the customer place an order - until you press the order confirmation - The customer can modify the input data and the choice of the Goods. To do this, follow the onscreen prompts the customer and the information available on the site.

4. After the Customer Online Store enjoying all the necessary data, you will see a summary of the order. A summary of the order will contain m. Al. description of selected goods or services, total price and all other costs.

5. In order to send orders it is necessary to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions provide personal information marked as obligatory and pressing the bottom “order confirmation”.

6. Information on the Goods is shown on the website Shop, in particular their descriptions, technical and performance characteristics and price, are an invitation to contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code. Sending the Customer Order is a declaration of intention to conclude the WEC-Your Jeweller Sale Agreement, in accordance with the Regulations. After placing an order, the customer receives an email containing all the essential elements of the Order. The Agreement shall be treated as concluded from the moment of receipt of the e-mail referred to above.

7. The sales contract is in Polish, by complying with this Store’s Policy.

 

V. Delivery

 

1. Delivery of goods is limited to EU countries and takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing orders.

2. Delivery of ordered goods is realized through:

- The Polish Post

- EasyPack

- Shipments to the EU courier

There is a possibility of personal reception of the ordered goods in our store: WEC-Your Jeweller Gregory Węc and Arthur Węc Street. Kurczaba 3 30-868 Krakow Poland from Monday to Friday 10-19, Saturday from 9-14. Sundays and holidays shop is closed. In shop is possible to pay in cash or card shop.

 

Shipping fees are: The cost of delivery can be found at : Delivery costs. In addition, delivery costs will be indicated at the time of order placement.

 

3. The term of delivery is Time of delivery: Mail Poland "Pocztex" - the time needed to perform the contract (described on the product) + 1 day delivery, easyPack - the time needed for execution of the contract described on the product + 2 days for delivery and is counted from the date of dispatch by the customer.

 

4. Customers can get access to these Rules at any time by a link found on the main site www.wec.com.pl and download it and make it print.

Consolidation, protection and data sharing contract and the General Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) occurs by e-mail. Earlier orders can you see in your account, after logging in.

 

VI. Prices and payment methods

 

1. The prices are given in Polish zlotys and they include all components, including VAT (with identification of the rate), customs and any other elements.

 

2. The customer can pay the price in PLN:

- Transfer

- COD

- Allegro payment system (in this system can also credit cards. 

- Payment with PayPal

- PayByNet mBank mRaty, Gift Certificate. While personal collection possible payment by cash or by card.

- Przelewy24

 

and in the case of payments in foreign currencies (EURO):

- Transfer to an account in EURO

- Payment with PayPal

Credit card to pay the payment.

 

VII. Right of return

 

You have the right to return from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to retract from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you acquire possession of things or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into the possession of things.

In our shop, time to retraction from the contract is to 24 calendar days. The condition is the simultaneous return the goods within a period no longer than the period.

To exercise the right of retraction, you have to inform us (WEC-Your Jeweller Grzegorz Węc and Artur Węc s.c. 3 Kurczaba street, 30-868 Krakow, sklep@wec.com.pl, Phone: +48 126 511 469, Fax: +48 126 511 477) about his decision to return from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail). You can use the model return form, but it is not obligatory. You can also fill in and submit the model return form or any other unequivocal statement electronically on our website http://www.wec.com.pl/login.php. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such a return from the contract on a durable medium (eg e-mail).

To keep the term of retraction, it is enough to send information on exercising the right of return from the contract before the expiry of the statutory period of withdrawal, or sent product along with notification of a retraction within 24 calendar days of deliver

 

Retraction effects    

 

In the case of termination of this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you including the costs of delivery items (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive ordinary delivery offered by us). We make it immediately and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. Refund Payments made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return. We may hold reimbursement until receipt of goods.      

Please send or give us the benefit immediately (maximum period 14 days) from the day on which you communicate to withdraw this contract. The deadline is met, if you send back the item before the deadline of 14 days. The company WEC-Your Jeweller not reimburse the cost of the return. Products have to be returned by courier insured for full value of the products to be returned. You are responsible only for a reduction in the value of things resulting from the use of it in a different way than it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.

 

The right to retract by the consumer is switched off in case of:  

You cannot return the article of which is the provision for non-prefabricated, manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or for its individual needs. This applies to products made for individual customers, with changes made according to the customer, printed with inscriptions or other engravings.

VIII. Complaints about the Goods

 

1. WEC-Your Jeweller as a seller is responsable to the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, the implied warranties to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular in Art. 556 and Art. 556 [1] -556 [3] Civil Code.

2. Complains arising from infringement of the rights guaranteed by law the Customer or under these Regulations must be sent to: WEC-Your Jeweller Grzegorz Węc and Artur Węc s.c. 3 Kurczaba street, 30-868 Krakow, sklep@wec.com.pl . WEC-Your Jeweller is obligated to consider any complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer in that period, when the complaint will be considered.

WEC-Your Jeweller is the producer of selected goods available in the store. With regard to the Goods WEC-Your Jeweller as a manufacturer is liable under the guarantee of the goods sold under the conditions and for the period specified in the warranty card. As regards goods, which the manufacturer is not WEC-Your Jeweller, an independent manufacturer may be held liable under the guarantee of the goods sold under the conditions and for the period specified in the warranty issued by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer's warranty document provides for such a possibility, you may submit your claim under warranty directly authorized service whose address is in the warranty card. All goods available in the store are covered by warranty regardless WEC-Your Jeweller as a seller. WEC-Your Jeweller is liable under the guarantee of the goods sold under the conditions and for the period specified in the warranty card.

3. The consumer can use extrajudicial methods of complaint and redress. To use the possibility of an amicable resolution of disputes related to online shopping, the consumer can submit his complaint, e.g. Via the EU's Internet platform ODR available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/,

IX. Complaints in the terms of electronic services

 

1. WEC-Your Jeweller takes action to ensure fully correct operation of the Shop, to the extent that results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.

2. The customer is obliged to immediately notify the WEC-Your Jeweller of any irregularity or service interruptions in the functioning Shop.

3. Irregularities relating to the functioning of the Store the customer can request in writing to the following address: WEC-Your Jeweller Grzegorz Węc and Artur Węc 3 Kurczaba Street, 30-868 Krakow, sklep@wec.com.pl  or using the contact form 

4. In the complaint, the Customer should provide their name, address, nature and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.

5. WEC-Your Jeweller is obligated to consider any complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer in that period, when the complaint will be considered.

 

X. Conclusions

 

1. Settlement of any disputes arising between WEC-Your Jeweller and the customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, is subject to the relevant courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. Settlement of any disputes arising between WEC-Your Jeweller and Customer who is not a consumer within the meaning of Art. 22 [1] Civil Code, Civil Code, is subject to the court with jurisdiction over the seat WEC-Your Jeweller.

3. In cases not covered in these Rules shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
