  • After you receive your purchased product, if there are any technical defects, contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will then arrange for the return of the product, so that it can be repaired. More about Returns HERE.
  • Upon receipt, if you find the parcel damaged refuse delivery and return to us!

 

 

When sending the product back to be repaired, attach the document with the Complaint Section filled out completely. If the product cannot be repaired then it will be replaced free of charge. If the product you purchased is no longer in production you can select another product or have your money refunded.


IMPORTANT: We do not accept parcels sent back in the "cash on delivery" system (COD).

 

Ring Resizing

 

Upon receipt of your purchase, determine if the size of your ring/ wedding ring is correct. Within 1 month (30 days) of your purchase we will make any size corrections free of charge.

 

It is not recommended to have another jeweller make size changes to your ring. A change of size should be made in accordance with the technology that we use in the production process. There is a risk that if a size change is made by another jeweller, it could result in a damaged product that cannot be repaired. 

 

Recently, a German client of ours sent a pair of two-coloured wedding rings to us. An attempt was made by another jeweller to widen the rings and one of the rings cracked in the process. Fortunately, it was still possible to repair it in our workshop.

IMPORTANT: It is impossible to change the size of some models of rings for technological reasons. It will be indicated on the product card if there is no possibility to change the size.

 

How to resize my ring?

 

  1. Send us an e-mail or call us and give the model of the ring or the wedding ring. We will check and see if the size change is technologically possible in this case.
  2. If the size change is possible, we will ask to send back the product by Recorded Delivery with receipt confirmation. To ensure an accurate size correction you can send one of your rings with your purchased ring. We will use that as a model to make the changes. It is needed because there exists a real probability that the new size you give us would not be correct. We have observed measurement mistakes as much as 3-5 sizes!
  3. We check the size difference between the two rings. If the difference is too much and it prevents us from changing of the size without damage, we will inform you and we will make the decision together.
